It is been brought to the notice of our clientele and stakeholders that as per our Hospital Medical Record Retention Policy we are going to discard medical record available with us (except for long retention category policy) 22 / 04/2026.

Those who have any query related to any medical records are requested to contact us till 30/04/2026 in the absence of which we will proceed with discarding procedure.
